Our Wellness Room is a versatile studio for Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Adult Ballet, Dance, Hot Yoga, Hot Mat Pilates, and Hot Barre. Including fun and engaging Kids Classes.

With a Wellness Package, you can try and experience all these different types of workout in one place!

A dedicated space featuring a Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair for a more personalized and curated workout experience.​​
