TERMS OF SERVICE

I. Introduction

Welcome to The Core Space Philippines (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, "The Core Space"). These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website, all studio visitors, and any individuals booking, attending, or purchasing classes or services provided by The Core Space Philippines.

By accessing our website, visiting our studio, pop-up locations by purchasing and availing of our services or attending our classes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound of them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at thecorespaceph@gmail.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

II. TRANSACTING AND BOOKING

We may rely on the information you provide in the Account, and it shall be your responsibility to ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of your personal information.

You should not reveal, share, or otherwise disclose the password to the Account to third parties, and you shall be directly and primarily responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your log in details and password. We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of the Account, or for any loss, injury, or damage that that results from your intentional or negligent disclosure of your log in details and password. The Account is strictly personal in nature and you may not transfer, sell, nor charge others for the right to use the Account, unless otherwise provided for by the Terms or authorized by us in writing.

You may be required to provide your credit card information to confirm a booking via a booking platform. You will be charged any applicable fees, including cancellation or no-show fees by the third party in accordance transacting local business’s cancellation policy displaying during booking.

All classes should be booked in advance via our website or through approved third-party platforms.

A 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations and the session will result in a lost credit and cannot be credited back.
Late arrival to class may result in denied entry, it will no longer be allowed to avoid disrupting the session and for safety reasons. This is considered a used class and can no longer be rescheduled or refunded.
We reserve the right to change instructors, cancel, or reschedule classes as needed.

The class credits expire. Please check the expiration and validity dates of the class credits you purchase. The class credits in your Account are for personal use and are non-transferable, unless otherwise authorized by us is writing.

Classes will be booked using the Online Channels, unless need of any assistance, and bookings are purely on a first come-first served basis. We are not compelled to offer all the available slots to the public, and we reserve the right to hold a certain number of slots for each class to suit our business needs.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that any particular results shall be obtained from the use of our Service nor do we warrant that any such results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

III. COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an Account on our Service/Platform, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by emailing us at thecorespaceph@gmail.com

IV. MEMBERSHIPS, PACKages AND PROMOTIONS

Any memberships, packages, promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Policy and FAQs. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

We offer several membership options designed to support different levels of commitment and access. All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period.

Unused classes do not roll over into the following class package or month/period.
Members may upgrade their plan at any time; downgrades are not possible.

Pauses on any memberships or packagesare subject to approval and documentation (e.g., travel plans or medical reasons) may be requested. You may check our FAQs for further explanation.

It is the responsibility of each member to manage their account and bookings in accordance with these terms. Repeated misuse, such as no-shows or late cancellations, may result in temporary suspension or termination of booking privileges.

V. USER CONTENT

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials (“Content”). You are solely responsible for any Content you post on or through the Service, including its legality, accuracy, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You own the Content or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it and to grant us the rights described in these Terms.
Your Content does not violate any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contractual rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
Your Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Your Content does not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
Your Content does not include malicious code or any material intended to disrupt the normal operation of the Service, our business, or any third party’s business.
You will not impersonate any person or entity, use an email address that does not belong to you, or otherwise mislead others regarding the origin of your Content.

The Core Space reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be infringing on copyrights or violating these Terms.

You retain ownership of any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. However, by posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content on and through the Service. This license includes the right to make your Content available to other users in accordance with these Terms.

The Core Space has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, or edit any Content submitted by users. All Content available on or through the Service that is owned by The Core Space, or used with permission, remains our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, or otherwise use such Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without our prior written consent.

If any royalties, fees, or other payments become due as a result of your Content, you are solely responsible for those payments, without any obligation on our part.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the Content and any comments you post. We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for any Content or comments posted by you or any third party.

VI. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in our classes—including branding, class names, images, and written content—is the intellectual property of The Core Space. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

VI. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms, without need of prior notice, placing notifications of such amended terms on this site or in-studio, or by mentioning such changes in-class. It is your responsibility to review these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.
