1. How do I join the trial?

Simply book your Kids Founding Members One Month Class Trial online and complete your payment.

Once we receive your proof of payment, we’ll activate your access so you can start booking classes.

2. How much is the trial?

The total cost is PHP 4,995 for unlimited classes over one month.

4. When does the trial start?

Your trial starts once your payment is confirmed and your account is activated.

You’ll be able to start booking beginning November 1, 2025 and

attending classes beginning November 15, 2025.
You can reserve your preferred slots in advance.

5. How do I book classes?

We open all classes on November 1, 2025.

 

Note: Make sure you are logged in using your activated account to book a class.

6. What classes can I attend during the trial?

Kids Founding Members One Month Trial gives you unlimited access to the following classes:

• Kids Yoga (4-12 yrs old)

• Dance - Jazz, Grooves and Many More (5-12 yrs old)

• Ballet: Ages 2.5-4 yrs and 4 yrs+

Feel free to mix and match styles to find what your kids love!

7. Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes! We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your kid's class.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited or charged in full

Kindly note, however, that this subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We appreciate your understanding and support.

8. What happens if I fail to cancel and don’t attend my class?

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all classes.
If you fail to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class, the following will apply:

• Kids Founding Membership: A ₱500 late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged.

• The fee or session forfeiture is automatic and immediate, without further notice or request.

• This policy also applies to switching time slots within the 12-hour window.

• Cancellations or time slot changes must be made through our official website.

• Unpaid fees will prevent you from booking future classes until the balance is settled.

 

We appreciate your understanding—cancelling early helps us manage class attendance efficiently and open spots for other clients.

9. CLASS POLICY

We encourage all clients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session.

This allows time to check in, prepare, and settle in before class begins.

Grace Period for Late Arrivals

Clients may enter the class within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.

After 10 minutes, entry will no longer be allowed to avoid disrupting the session and for safety reasons.

Missed time due to late arrival cannot be credited, refunded, or transferred.

10. KIDS WAIVER POLICY

To ensure the safety and well-being of all child participants, The Core Space requires every parent or legal guardian to read, understand, and sign a Kids Class Waiver and Release of Liability before their child can join any class.​

Medical and Emergency Policy

• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.

• The Studio must be notified immediately of any changes to a child’s health status.

• In case of emergency, parents authorize The Core Space to administer first aid or seek emergency medical care as needed, with all expenses borne by the parent/guardian.

Drop Off and Pick Up Policy

• Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of their children.

• The Core Space is not responsible for children outside class hours or once they have been released to the authorized guardian.

Behavior and Participation Policy

• Children are expected to maintain respectful and safe behavior throughout class.

• The Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if a child’s conduct poses a safety risk or disrupts the class environment.

11. Where is your studio located?

We’re located on the 3rd Floor of La Arcada Building, Gil Fernando Marikina City.
Please note: there is no elevator in the building, and access is via stairs only.

​

12. What should I bring to class?

Please bring a water bottle and towel,

and wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing for class.
