Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & USE The Private Room is available by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Access is limited to the booked client(s) and assigned instructor only. Use of equipment is restricted to what is included in your selected session (Cadillac access requires a Cadillac-focused booking). ​CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please review our policy below: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class or appointment start time will be credited back to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are considered late cancellations. The session will be deducted from your package and cannot be credited back. If you’d like to switch to another class, please do so before the 12-hour cutoff to avoid losing your session. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY We understand that sometimes life happens and you might run late. However, due to a limited number of machines and to keep classes running smoothly: ​We encourage all clients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session. This allows time to check in, prepare, and settle in before class begins. Grace Period for Late Arrivals Clients may enter the class within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, entry will no longer be allowed to avoid disrupting the session and for safety reasons. This is considered a used class and can no longer be rescheduled or refunded. Missed time due to late arrival cannot be credited, refunded, or transferred If you are registered for a class but have not arrived by the start time, your spot may be given to a waitlisted or drop-in student. HEALTH & SAFETY Clients are required to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to the session. The studio reserves the right to request medical clearance when necessary. Instruction is tailored for safety, but participation is at the client’s own discretion and responsibility. EQUIPMENT CARE All equipment must be used with care and as instructed. Please wipe down equipment after use; cleaning materials are provided. Any damage due to misuse may be subject to replacement or repair fee. STUDIO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY From time to time, classes may be canceled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances such as: Instructor unavailability Equipment issues Weather or other emergencies If a class is canceled by the studio: We will notify you as soon as possible via your registered contact number and email.
