Studio Rental - Wellness Room

Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose This policy outlines the terms and conditions for renting the Wellness Room to ensure a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for all clients and practitioners. 2. Eligible Use The Wellness Room may be rented for approved wellness-related activities, including but not limited to: Yoga (all styles) Barre Dance Private wellness consultations Meditation or breathwork sessions One-on-one or small-group wellness services Activities must align with the studio’s values and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 3. Booking & Reservations All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Advance booking is required. Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees. 4. Rental Fees & Payment Rental rates are charged per hour or per session, as agreed upon at booking. Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise arranged. Overtime usage will be charged accordingly. 5. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be rescheduled or refunded, subject to management discretion. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the rental fee. 6. Room Use & Care Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order during and after use. Equipment and furnishings must be used properly and returned to their original condition. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the renter. 7. Equipment & Supplies Basic furnishings may be provided depending on the room setup. Renters must bring their own consumables unless otherwise agreed. Use of external equipment must be approved in advance. 8. Health, Safety & Hygiene Proper hygiene and sanitation practices must be observed at all times. Clients must be screened appropriately according to the service provided. The studio reserves the right to refuse use if health or safety standards are not met. 9. Conduct & Professionalism All renters and clients must behave in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of illegal, inappropriate, or disruptive activity is strictly prohibited. Noise levels must be kept reasonable to respect other ongoing sessions. 10. Liability Renters assume full responsibility for their clients during the rental period. The studio is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Proof of relevant certification or insurance may be required.
